Listo’s dogwalk training
Under this heading I will be detailing how I brought Listo to this point. Stay tuned. This video was taken to show his progress which included the two on / two off (2O2O) method. This was his third time using a full dogwalk. I did not allow him to try the dogwalk until he showed me consistency with his touch command. This allowed me to change my position easily. It was a bit of a gamble because I am usually a bit more conservative with introducing the full dogwalk. I also don’t usually add the 2O2O method until after they show confidence doing an end to end run. Decided to try this new sequence with Listo who is now 18 months old but I have not been in a rush to get to this point. Stay tuned for more!
