This class concentrates on the execution of crosses through different setups (including patterns and spreads). If you have taken Masters Jumpworks or Masters Jumpworks 2 or Serps and Ladders then you will be able to continue building the skills learned from those classes. It is not necessary to have those classes to be in this class. This is basically an elevated version of Mixed Skills.
